What is History Day, you ask? Each year we organize our students to participate in this event. Classes choose a historical topic related to the grade level curriculum theme, and then conduct primary and secondary research. Students look through libraries, archives and museums, conduct oral history interviews, and visit historic sites. After students have analyzed and interpreted their sources, and have drawn a conclusion about the significance of their topic, students will then be able to present their work as an exhibit or performance.
