Il sito https://www.internationalschool.it raccoglie alcuni dati personali dei propri utenti.
Il titolare del trattamento è l’International school of Lago Patria, sita in Traversa I Marenola 17, Lago Patria (Giugliano in Campania, NA).
E’ possibile contattare il titolare del trattamento utilizzando i recapiti presenti nella home del sito.
Questo sito raccoglie dati degli utenti come email, nome, cognome e password cifrata: questi dati sono forniti dall’utente ed inseriti nel database del sito all’atto della registrazione al sito. Alcuni dati possono essere anche raccolti automaticamente durante la navigazione: il sito registra dati relativi all’IP dell’utente, al browser in uso, al sistema operativo, al dispositivo utilizzato dall’utente ed altre “tracce” tipicamente associate alla normale attività di navigazione di un sito Internet. Attraverso il sito, l’azienda riceve anche alcuni tipi di notifiche (come nel caso del tentativo di recupero di una password smarrita o di utenti bloccati dopo un certo numero di tentativi di accesso all’area riservata effettuati senza successo). I dati sono trattati presso la sede operativa del titolare o presso suoi incaricati. I dati forniti vengono conservati all’interno dei confini della Comunità Europea, in particolare in un datacenter situato a Gravelines, Francia. Il sito utilizza le mappe di OpenStreetMap, cui si rimanda per ulteriori dettagli. Per proteggere il sito da minacce di vario genere, utilizziamo Wordfence, un prodotto di Defiant inc., che potrebbe inviare alcuni dati come l’indirizzo IP al di fuori dei confini della EU (cliccare qui per maggiori informazioni), sebbene si sia fatto in modo che ciò non avvenga.
I dati sono trattati per il tempo necessario allo svolgimento del servizio richiesto dall’utente, o richiesto dalle finalità descritte in questo documento. L’utente può sempre chiedere l’interruzione del trattamento o la cancellazione dei dati.
I dati dell’utente sono raccolti per consentire al sito di fornire i propri servizi, così come per le seguenti finalità: proteggere il sito stesso, contattare l’utente personalmente o attraverso una newsletter, gestire rubriche di indirizzi, inviare messaggi di posta elettronica, interagire con l’utente attraverso form sia pubblici che presenti nell’area riservata (segnalazione uscita anticipata, preordine delle divise, ecc.). Altri dati vengono utilizzati a fini statistici per analizzare il traffico e tenere traccia del comportamento degli utenti nel loro complesso.
Una nota particolare a riguardo dei form e delle caselle di email del sito. Dal 2020 l’Istitutoha adottato il software educativo denominato Google Classroom. Tale prodotto, attraverso una modifica alle impostazioni del server di posta elettronica necessaria per il suo funzionamento, fa in modo che le email ed i dati tipicamente associati all’invio di email -spedite dagli utenti dai propri client di posta o attraverso i form presenti nel sito-raggiungano caselle di posta del servizio Gmail. Informazioni più dettagliate a riguardo dell’utilizzo dei dati da parte di Google possono essere reperite a questo indirizzo.
Esclusivamente per utenti non registrati al sito, di tanto in tanto, in occasione di alcuni specifici eventi (es. gli open days), l’Istituto pubblica e linka dal sito form gestiti da Google. I dati inviati dagli utenti al momento della compilazione del questionario ci aiutano a gestire l’iscrizione degli utenti ai suddetti eventi ed eventualmente a contattare la persona che vi parteciperà tramite Email o Telefono. Il titolare del trattamento è il medesimo indicato in questa privacy policy, mentre il responsabile del trattamento è Google Ireland Limited: nello specifico, Google è responsabile di qualsiasi informazione personale fornita a terze parti per l’elaborazione esterna per suo conto ai sensi del Principio del Trasferimento Successivo (Onward Transfer Principle), come descritto nella sezione relativa alla condivisione delle informazioni degli utenti. I tipi di dati trattati comprendono nome e cognome dell’interessato, indirizzo email e numero telefonico. Talvolta possono essere richieste ulteriori informazioni volte a comprendere le esigenze dei partecipanti e a gestire al meglio gli eventi ai quali prendono parte. I dati inviati vengono tramutati in una email che può essere conservata dal mezzo di ricezione di email utilizzato dal titolare del sito. I dati transitano protetti da HTTPS presso i server di Google. I dati personali potrebbero essere conservati oltre il periodo necessario allo svolgimento delle attività di gestione dell’evento. La comunicazione di tutti i dati richiesti per l’iscrizione è obbligatoria per le finalità suindicate. Pertanto, l’omessa comunicazione dei dati comporterà l’impossibilità di partecipare all’evento. In ogni momento può accedere alle informazioni che la riguardano e chiederne l’aggiornamento, la rettificazione e l’integrazione, nonché la cancellazione, la trasformazione in forma anonima o il blocco. Potrà altresì opporsi in tutto o in parte al trattamento. L’accesso al form con la domanda di iscrizione viene garantito ad un utente che non è registrato al sito, ma che ha preso contatti con l’istituto ed intende iscriversi. I dati raccolti dal form vengono utilizzati esclusivamente per consentire l’iscrizione a scuola. Nel caso in cui, per qualunque motivazione, l’iscrizione non dovesse essere finalizzata, i dati saranno cancellati in maniera permanente.

The data controller is the International School of Lago Patria, located in Traversa I Marenola 17, Lago Patria (Giugliano in Campania, NA).

This site collects user data such as email, name, surname and encrypted password: these data are provided by the user and entered in the site database when registering on the site. Some data can also be collected automatically during navigation: the site records data related to the user’s IP, the browser in use, the operating system, the device used by the user and other “traces” typically associated with normal browsing activity of an Internet site. Through the site, the company also receives some types of notifications (as in the case of the attempt to recover a lost password or blocked users after a certain number of unsuccessful attempts to access the reserved area). The site uses technical cookies.
The owner processes the user data by adopting the appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of personal data. The treatment is carried out through IT or telematic tools, with organizational methods related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the owner, in some cases, there may be access to the data involved in the management of the site (administrative staff, system administrators, etc.) or external subjects (as suppliers of third party technical services). In no case is personal data provided to third-party companies for marketing purposes.
The data are processed at the operational headquarters of the owner or at his representatives. The data provided are kept within the borders of the European Community, in particular in a datacenter located in Gravelines, France. The site uses the OpenStreetMap maps, to which reference is made for further details. To protect the website from various possible threats, we use Wordfence, a product by Defiant inc., that could send some data, such as your IP address, outside the EU space (click here for more informations), although care has been taken to ensure that this is not the case.
The data are processed for the time necessary to perform the service requested by the user or required by the purposes described in this document. The user can always ask for the interruption of the treatment or the cancellation of the data.
User data is collected to allow the site to provide its services, protect the website itself, as well as for the following purposes: contact the user personally or through a newsletter, manage address books, send e-mail messages, interact with the user through both public and present forms in the reserved area (early exit notification, pre-order of uniforms, etc.). Other data is used for statistical purposes to analyze traffic and track user behavior as a whole.
A special note about the forms and email boxes of the site. Since 2020 the Institute has adopted the educational software called Google Classroom. This product, through a modification to the settings of the email server necessary for its operation, makes sure that the emails and data typically associated with the sending of emails -sent by users from their mail clients or through the forms on the site -reach mailboxes of the Gmail service. Exclusively for users not registered on the website, from time to time, on the occasion of certain specific events (e.g. open days), the Institute publishes and links from the website forms managed by Google. The data sent by users when filling out the questionnaire helps us manage the registration of users for the aforementioned events and possibly to contact the person who will participate in them by Email or Telephone. The data controller is the same as indicated in this privacy policy, while the data processor is Google Ireland Limited: specifically, Google is responsible for any personal information provided to third parties for external processing on its behalf in accordance with the Onward Transfer Principle, as described in the section on sharing user information. The types of data processed include the name and surname of the data subject, email address and telephone number. Sometimes additional information may be requested to understand the needs of the participants and to better manage the events they attend. The data sent is converted into an email that can be stored by the email reception means used by the website owner. The data is transmitted protected by HTTPS on Google’s servers. Personal data may be retained beyond the period necessary for the management of the event. The communication of all the data required for registration is mandatory for the aforementioned purposes. Therefore, the failure to communicate the data will make it impossible to participate in the event. At any time you can access the information concerning you and request its update, rectification and integration, as well as cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking. You can also object in whole or in part to the processing. To exercise these and the other rights referred to in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, you can send an email to info@internationalschool.it.
Access to the form with the enrollment application is granted to a user who is not registered with the site, but has made contact with the institution and intends to enroll. The data collected from the form are used exclusively to enable enrollment at the school. In the event that, for whatever reason, enrollment is not finalized, the data will be permanently deleted.
